Furthermore, the app includes over 500 meditations from acclaimed teachers worldwide. Clinicians can assign homework through a dedicated app, with clients able to complete and submit tasks via CBT Companion.
This app serves as a supportive tool in transforming thought patterns and fostering a more positive lifestyle. Integration with HealthKit enables users to monitor physical activity, nutrition, sleep, mindfulness, and meditation minutes alongside behavioral health data.
Payment is processed through your iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation. Subscribers can opt for a monthly fee of $9.99 or a discounted rate of $49.99 every six months.
